Once confirmed, the rental shall be made in full at least 5 days before arrival date or your reservation will be treated as un-confirm and it will be released automatically. Our bank account details will be e-mailed to you.

Please take note of the following terms and conditions shall cancellation be made :

Within 72 hours : 25% of the rent will be forfeited;
Within 48 hours : 50% of the rent will be forfeited;
Within 24 hours : 75% of the rent will be forfeited;
In the event of no show, 100% of the rental will be forfeited.
